Google Images Experimenting With Snippets?

Jason W. says he saw Google Images experiment with result snippets and sent along screenshots with snippets and without snippets. These are small texts below the actual image which show a bit of the image context, in Jason’s case, for the search [“central dogma”]. Instead of just the image name, size and domain, the snippet line would read “... central dogma of genetics The ...”.

I couldn’t reproduce this at the moment but have to say this feature might make sense.
