Google Local Business Ads

Google has a new help page on their AdWords program for Google Maps/ Google Local. Using local ads, you can put text as well as a 125x125 image onto locations. I got a feeling someone who puts an ad on a specific location also has a shop/ restaurant/ something there, which may make these ads very relevant (more relevant than say your average web search AdWords).

At the moment, local ads are only available for locations in the US, Canada, and the UK.
