Yahoo vs DRM

Yahoo Music offers you to buy a no-DRM MP3 of a Jessica Simpson song... customized to your name (if your name is on the list). Yahoo scores major cool points for opposing Digital Rights Management:

[W]e’ve been publicly trying to convince record labels that they should be selling MP3s for a while now. Our position is simple: DRM doesn’t add any value for the artist, label (who are selling DRM-free music every day – the Compact Disc), or consumer, the only people it adds value to are the technology companies who are interested in locking consumers to a particular technology platform.

I tried to buy the song but all I got was this: “Error - There was a problem processing your purchases. Your credit card has not been charged.” If they ever get this to work well, it’s good-bye iTunes Music Store.
