Google Registers Search Mashup Domains

Gary Price reports that Google registered lots of “mashup"-related domain names, like:

• mashupssearch.com
• search-mash.com
• search-mashes.com
• search-mashup.com
• search-mashups.com
• searchmashup.net

Hmm... what could a “Google Search Mashup” service be for?

Spelling With Special Characters

Excuse the language, but this is an interesting way to draw letters with special characters. (Spotted at Google Video, where it’s a hack used to draw attention to labels.) I wonder what else can be spelled with this, and if it works with Google web search result titles too...
