Special Google Logo for Remembrance Day

Google’s UK and Canadian home pages are today displaying a special doodle featuring poppies which links to a search for [Remembrance Day].
From the Wikipedia entry on Remembrance Day:
Remembrance Day [...] is a day to commemorate the sacrifice of veterans and civilians in World War I and other wars. It is observed on November 11 to recall the end of World War I on that date in 1918.

The poppy’s significance to Remembrance Day is a result of Canadian military physician John McCrae’s poem In Flanders Fields. The poppy emblem was chosen because of the poppies that bloomed across some of the worst battlefields of Flanders in World War I, their red colour an appropriate symbol for the bloodshed of trench warfare.
The first result* points to Woodland’s Junior School in Kent, UK which has so far survived being “googledotted”, presumably because the logo isnt being displayed anywhere other than the UK and Canada home pages. This is despite this day being commemorated in many other countries – including Australia, Colombia, Ireland, Malta and New Zealand.
