In Appreciation Of World Usability Day...

I just learned today is World Usability Day... so I’ll add my two cents on why (Hotmail successor) Windows Live Mail usability sucks. It’s actually a series of tiny barriers which add up to the point where the whole app becomes harder to use and just doesn’t “feel” right:
