Complicated Google Analytics

To find out which exact URL linked to a given site of yours – important to find feedback – you’ll have to choose this from the Google Analytics menu:

All Reports: Marketing Optimization -> Visitor Segment Performance -> Referring Source -> [Unnamed red button next to the result] Cross Segment Performance -> Source[Medium] Content

Sure, different webmasters have different needs, and may use different words, too... but do web stats necessarily need to be made this complicated? When is Analytics finally going to be integrated into Google usability and interface quality standards? (Can’t be too far in the future provided Google’s working on it – it’s been a year and a half since they acquired Urchin, and half a year since the acquisition of Measure Map.)
