Google Manybox

You probably know Google’s Onebox feature – a direct result from one of their services, above normal web search results – but did you know the name for those widgets when they appear below result snippets... like an expandable map (pictured) on a search for Tres Jolie Day Spa? It’s called a Google “Manybox”, judging from Google’s HTML code.... and this may not be the last of its kind we’ll see.

[Via Google System.]

Correction: It’s called a “Plus box” (PlusBox?), Google employees state. [Thanks Vanessa and Matt!]
