I also guess, that "Adbrite" in the title of the ad was delivered through the option {Keyword:/AlternativeText/} a ad-title-text. Using the keyword "adbrite" is in my opinion ok with the google-guidelines. But you have to be careful with the automated/dynamic keyword-insertion then.

This is similar to a Verizon Wireless Adsense ad I saw on the site AppleInsider.com. It had a title of 'IPhone' and the text said 'Your phone is only as good as the network it's on'
