My sites are getting lots of hits from IP addresses such as
64.233.169.104/
which display a "Google English" logo. Does anyone know how or why Google English is used?

It may be the same as "Google espaƱol"?
google.com/webhp?oe=UTF-8& ...
A "neutral" interface for that language.
I'm just guessing here, but probably they bring you this page when they recognize the locale of your browser, but can't determine the country for some reason.

I think its just the IP address of a Google Datacenter in an English country.

Note that googlee.com doesn't have a "Sign In" link, whereas the other Google sites do.

It doesn't have the navbar either.

(And even when you press the " More " button, it doesn't open the small windows of common Google Services, like it used to.)
