This would be good news indeed – unless it's a temporary masquerade. (History has precedents for such masquerading during Olympic games in a country.)

Actually Philipp, I also learnt that there would be tripwires till in progress.. the blacklist will be lifted to permit them file reports, but the tripwires would trigger anything that is "out of bounds" ..

kinda interesting that technolgies that are being used.. its a whole new paradigm shift..

China needs to learn from the US how to pull of real censorship without it citizens even knowing!
