While I liked what Stylish does, but a few things bothered me that caused me to stop using it:
1) It's really pretty fragile as simple page/code changes can break the layout.
2) It's jarring to get familiar with the look of the interface and then not have that when you use a different computer. And you don't always have the option to install Stylish to resolve that.
3) Styles are often not 100% complete, and when doing something as dramatic as darkening a whole interface, one unchanged element really sticks out. Also sometimes features can be lost (I seem to remember one theme causing the Gmail stars to disappear) |

It's too depressing and many UI elements are more difficult to use (e.g.: the links have all kinds of different colors: white, blue, orange, red, while the buttons are barely noticeable). |
