3D on Earth or Special made and cusomized demands from google Earth users on 3D needs ?

Almost reminds me of some mid-90s VRML experiments. :)

I've been using sketchup for a couple months before Google bought @Last. I didn't see any reason to install a new version, but it appears I have to if I want to use the 3D Warehouse :(
