I received these automated message too.
At the end of these emails Linkworth writes:
"If the link is on your website, one of the following situations could exist:
+++ Our system simply missed the link but will find it next review, nothing should be done on your end. +++ During the search, connection could have been dropped between our servers and your hosting servers.

Yes, and I really find this strange. How could you "miss" a link? If you browse HTML and you can't disassemble a simple ... then this means trouble! Also, if the connection dropped, why would they not simply put it in a queue and not alert me to this situation? I think this is a very poor implementation. I will give them the benefit of a doubt they will improve this soon, but in the meantime I want to find better alternatives, really.

Try quigo.com they offer contextual links and payout is fairly high.

there are a few popular link brokers www.text-link-ads.com www.textlinkbrokers.com and www.linksmile.com is a newer competing product w linkworth.
I have not tried linkworth or linksmile yet. you may be able to sell ads directly too. I am shooting you an email to inquire as to your rates right now :)
