I got mine a few days ago through auto update as well. My machine froze up hard during the update. I ended up loosing my bookmarks, cookies and all my extensions reinstalled themselves.
Thank goodness for Google Browser Sync, as it reestablished my Bookmarks.
A few web pages I frequent still won't remember cookies correctly after the update. I have poked around in the settings a bit don't see anything that is set wrong.
This was my first bad experience with a Firefox update.

i dont usually update........
i will uninstall the firefox but the bookmarks and extenstions still remain and i will re-install the new version......... |
