==>> "Are these dates really firm?”

Yet to see a developer, who rarely asks that question , over and over again!!

IMHO, Deliverable dates are deliverable dates , but then again its just one of the character traits of being a dev/coder ..dates dont matter, its the product and its functionality that matters to the coder(s)!!

makes sense; after all, most of the software (excluding consumer downloads) is written by them, for them. It's not intended to be used outside of where it was made, so they figure why waste time on documentation, when you can just walk down the hall and ask the developer.

I would love to see Google and Intuit work on putting Quicken up as a web app.

I would like to be able to access my Quicken info from where ever I am and on what ever computer I have access to.

I know there are security concerns that have to be addressed, and of course who do you trust to store your info and all that.

I don't even know if there is a viable market for a product like that with consumers being cautious about personal financial information and the web.
