Sounds awesome in theory, but I couldn't get any cams to show up on my webpage after following your directions to a T. Obviously you have to be a techie to make it work.

Just add a tab to your personal page. then go to the 'add stuff' link on that page. look for the webcam link as shown. add it, then repeat, repeat, etc.
there's an edit link for each cam; fill in the URL of the page the cam is on, then the URL of the image, which can be obtained by right-clicking the image and looking at 'properties.' copy that and fill it in, and finally, set the refresh rate.

it doesnt work if you have more than one "live" webcam – i.e. the cam is autorefreshing every second or so.

that opentopia link is a nice find though.

you get very odd webcams like this office in spain:

i wonder if they know that they are being watched?
