Bleh, got bored tried this:

It seems all u need to do to get a rather high score is include a question and a punchline with a trailing period.
This particular string was formulated from trendy "words" which concurrently gave it the score of 100.0000% and a popularity of 2.841.
Hehe, I think its based on that sort of system. <_<
