Looks like this company named OpTac International held a training course "Tactical Breaching Instructor School" (whatever that means) at this hotel, and mentioned the hotel on the same page as the photo:
optacinternational.com/trainin ...
Google, lacking any other relevant photo for the hotel, grabbed the photo as one that represents the hotel.

I used to live near Hagerstown, and believe me, you don't want to stay there.

The photo seems like a pretty good match from Google, doesn't it.

appears to have been changed now.. at least a different picture is now appearing for me.

Some one at Google must of seen the mistake and fixed it. Hotel is great and right off the highway.
