what does the "microphone is OFF on the other side" mean ? Is this a decection of audio datagrams taking place in real time ?? Look at the header in slide titled "why isreal" ?

/pd: it's a message from the conferencing system and it tells exactly what it does – the microphone is off on the other side (of the video conf). It's good to turn off the mike when not used to avoid unnecessary noise when the other end is talking (e.g. when doing a monologue rather than a dialogue).

Will Israeli sites now be marked as BH because the Bait Levinshtain (The Google offices building) is in a bad neighborhood?
