They're not related searches, at least they werent for me, they're links to sites on that URL. i think they have something to do with sitemaps.

It's nothing to do with Google sitemaps. Searching for "translation" on Google returns those additional results for FreeTranslation.com and that site doesn't have a Google Sitemap.
