GOOGLE 'THIRD PARTY' NEGATIVE EARMARKING AND BLOCKING ACCESS TO CARTELS OR PAYING PERSONS OR POLITICAL CONTRACTS ??
HELP - ALL SEARCH KEY WORDS LINKING TO TOPICS I WROTE ABOUT HAVE BEEN BLOCKED THE LAST FEW YEARS !!!!!!!!
I have had very unpleasant experiences recently with Google - and have no way of contacting them to inform them of the problem.
Recently I have posted on the following URL of Wall Street Journal on issues of US Supreme Court ruling that allows any other punishment for rape than execution - ( & Presidential candidates recent spontaneous comments ) at the following URL :
http://blogs.wsj.com/washwire/2008/06/25/obama-condemns-supreme-court-decision-in-child-rape-case/#comment-147222

This was top of search results for several search engines - until I noticed, yesterday, that the Google search engine had blocked all searches that could direct to that specific web blog.
This is a most blatant breach of human rights and right to access information.
I am sure that most Google staff would be surprised how certain lobbies or cartels could try and enforce such control, but this is a crucial proof of most dangerous manipulation with public information.
Moreover, my name had initially been the only one on search engines - but soon there were innumerous that began adopting my name - and I even got a mysterious letter from someone from Facebook who claims to have added me as a friend on Facebook, where I never have registered. At the same time, I received innumerable spam mail with virus and phishing attempts.
All references to my name P. Shahir, and Prince Shahir , had been systematically and surgically removed from Google search engine, and where I previously was the only search result, now, the there are many hundreds of mysterious references to irrelevant archive information and Arab names of horses ( I love horses and people for that matter ) - many of search results quite repetitive and flooding - and yet litterally ALL reference to substantial issues, have all been ''exponged' from the face of the earth ' . To protect me, I have name and address protection issues , but this must not be used as a guise to repress my existence, as I too must enjoy the rights and freedoms as any other created by the same Almighty !

Excellent initiative, very relevant as Google becomes the only real Web Giant (nothing better than openning up its plants, to keep flexibility and users' satisfaction).

But I doubt Google Groups help Google Teams to get fresh ideas, and a efficient Environment Scanning System may be quite difficult to leverage due to microblogging's noise. What about bringing every Google Fans in a single place? Oh, something like Blogoscoped.com!

"Breaking Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail’s CAPTCHAs, has been an urban legend for over two years now, with do-it-yourself CAPTCHA breaking services,
and proprietary underground tools assisting spammers, phishers and malware authors into registering hundreds of thousands of bogus accounts for spamming and fraudulent purposes.

Monitoring the [underground service mentioned] service for over a month now, revealed that during the period its “inventory of automatically registered email accounts” was emptying itself,
then restoring to its current position - in the thousands, with 1 to 2 new accounts registered per second.

Gmail Search Suggestions

Comparing to the Google.com search, I feel there is a lot missing in Gmail's built in search engine. Here are some of my suggested improvements:

1. Typo correction/suggestion;

2. Search within attachments and attachment names;

3. Sorting. According to reversed chronological order and *relevance*. I still don't understand why there cannot be a EmailRank in Gmail. Where you rank emails with reference to the date sent, contact, number of recipients, user behavior, etc.;

4. Import the keywords I type in the search bar into the fields in the Advance Search fields. E.g. if I typed "from:Philipp" in the search bar, and click on the "Show search options" link, the word "Philipp" would be automatically imported to the "From:" field in the form;

5. OneBox that integrates Contacts and email search;

6. A timeline view like Google News Archive Search to "zoom" into certain time intervals.

What if your thought on Gmail's search?

The new experimental feature is only available in the US and is only available on 3 BlackBerry Pearl models (8110, 8120, and 8130). Using voice search is as simple as 1, 2, 3:

 1. Press "0" to center the map view around your location
 2. Press the left-side key and hold it while you say the name or type of business you're looking for (for example, "pizza")
 3. When you're done speaking, release the left-side key, and our voice recognition technology will figure out your request and find the business you've been looking for, no typing needed.

Do you lean towards Design or SEO?

With the positive reactions from Web Designers and SEOs about Search Engines now reading flash, the question begs....

Have you had to compromise Design for SEO when creating Websites or Optimizing them?

Design may make users return or hold them longer, but SEO gets you higher on the organic SERPs so that you can be noticed.

Before Google's dominance, this was no problem because Yahoo was a directory and MSN used Looksmart, they were the two most popular.
Of course, the PPCs were still on top as they are now.

So along with concerns for a DMOZ listings, websites were more concerned about directories than organics because it did not bring as much traffic as it does today. The title and the description given by the editor could make or break you.

But now, things may be different and with the coming decade, even more so.

So now will Web Designers indulge or has too much time passed before these innovation debuted?
