It's funny we're talking in English. |
I can speak better English than Romanian, anyway ..
Sorry to have messed this post about some usual/boring/useless pagerank tool. |
And Andre ... Page rank pred iction didn't worked at all fro mthe beggining .. That rk+ parameter has a totally different use (and I don't say that because Cutts said it)..
I made a test on them (tools) anyway on blog, and they were all inaccurate like hell.
PS: >> Ooops... please go back to remove the blocked word "page rank -predi ction" if possible. |
Has anyone a site that shows different PageRank on one page?
best regards, Thomas |
Thanks Ionut, I added you to the credits as well! |
The Live PR tool was intended at first to predict the future PageRank or like they called them the live PageRank. It means the PagerRank the site currently has even it is not (yet) displayed because Google refreshes the PageRank toolbar just every few months.
Most of such tools were based on the allegedly wrong assumptions that Google showed this value internally.
Anyways, there are a few tools that show PageRank on different data centers, my favourite is "Multi Pagerank" here: http://www.linkvendor.com/seo-tools/multi-pagerank.html
On the other hand there are ways to estimate your current PageRank. You have to count links and their PageRanks. There is one tool that does in my opinion quite precisely: http://www.iwebtool.com/pagerank_prediction
Note aside: PageRank is just an indicator of many. To rank well it does NOT suffice to have a high PageRank. |
Thomas: Once in a while Google updates the displayed PageRank. Then the values differ, because they can't update it at the same time world wide. |
