Google Video Layout Experiments

Google Video is experimenting with a new, more YouTube-like layout for video pages. To see this, go to a video page and enter ...

... into the address bar. Now hit return and click on "Try our new page layout" to the right.

Can't say I like the new design... the full-screen videos were nice before. The only feature they should keep are the video preview thumbnails, which you can click to jump to specific parts of the video. (At the moment, Google only shows a single related preview, plus a bunch of unrelated thumbnails...)
