Don’t Place Images Next to Google Ads

Don’t do this, Google says

Google makes it very clear that you are not supposed to put images next to AdSense ads in such ways that there’s a visual “connection” between the two. This has become a popular but slightly sneaky tactic to increase click-thru rates (sneaky because users might only click on an ad thinking that the image is directly connected to it... which it isn’t, as images are loaded by the webmaster, and the AdSense by Google, independent of each other). And if Google doesn’t like it, chances are doing so might get your AdSense account blocked. Then again, I’m not sure how much is left of AdSense if Google decides to get rid of all sneakiness directly or indirectly attached to their service...

This one is OK, I guess... Google does it!
